Emerging Markets

Emerging markets are becoming a popular place for investors to put their money. Whenever a market is developing, it has a large growth potential behind it. Many countries that are underdeveloped go through periods of rapid growth whenever they start to develop. Every industry in the country has the possibility of growing rapidly as the country grows.

This type of investment carries with it some potential, but it is also very risky. Some emerging markets do not end up continuing their growth like others. Therefore, the MSCI Emerging Markets Index can be used as a tool to separate the good emerging markets from the bad.
