Budgeting involves creating a holistic plan for financial management. They can be created as readily for individuals as they are made for corporations and government agencies. Budgets are designed to help discipline spending and savings activities so finances are kept in the black and all obligations are met. Budgeting will generally take into account a number of different factors. A standard budget will include all recurring debts and financial obligations along with anticipated income. Budgets may also include spending limits for specific things and a plan for savings and investing.
