If you have any online banking login problems, very likely it will be because you are experiencing difficulty getting past the account security shields you and your bank have set up to protect your online bank accounts from unauthorized access.
Solve All Your Online Banking Login Problems
If you can't log on to your online bank account, your registered computer may have experienced intrusion from spybots, viruses or other file infections and created suspicion in your bank's secure access protection system. The best way to eliminate any bad files that your Windows system may have backed up is to re-enable your "system restore" feature. Turn off system restore, reboot, and then turn on system restore.
Also, be certain you are not clicking on a link to get to your bank's login page. Never use a link to reach your online bank. Always type the bank's full URL into your browser window.
If you are having trouble typing in your access code during your online banking login process, find out if your bank has switched to an enhanced security feature known as an image keyboard (an on screen virtual keyboard). Your bank may require that you only use your mouse to enter your PIN or secure access code. Many banks have switched to image keyboards to defeat keystroke spyware that hackers use to monitor computer keyboard strokes and pirate your access code.
Note: An image keyboard is case sensitive. Click either above or below the slash with your mouse to input your case-sensitive access code or PIN number.
