The banking finance industry has some very knowledgeable people behind its doors. With finance industry training and with jobs in the finance banking industry these pros could go on to be successful investors.

Successful Investors

An experienced bank financial analyst is much more likely to know what the market will do next then someone who has only been to a few training classes. One of the many keys on knowing how to invest is by knowing how the market trends and how different effects in the economy affect the trade market. By having training in the way that the banking finance industry works and what to look for banking/finance pros can be successful as a personal investor.

Unsuccessful Investing

The stock market cannot be predicted but some areas hold more risks than others. Some banking pros know this but continue to make huge risks in a market that is constantly changing. These investors tend to be unsuccessful in financing correctly. It is not for lack of having correct information to work with but for refusing to take that information and use it appropriately.

Just by being in the banking/finance industry does not make someone a successful personal investor.  It takes training and know-how and the ability to put that know how to use.
